I was reminded today by a friend who took a look at my blog that I haven't been here for awhile myself. So when I got home, I decided to take some pictures of my overgrown grass in the backyard and after many attempts, actually got my 3 canines to sit still together long enough to take some snapshots of them as well. Hopefully you will see how River has grown.
Also, I never added to the blog that my girl puppy Zoe, breathed her last in my arms back in May. She had seizures all during the night before and I was not wanting to let her go, but I knew that she was suffering a lot from her screams throughout the night. Although we were at the vets, she went quietly in my arms just as the vet came through the door expelling her last breath.
It was very hard for me and even now when I think of her, I tear up. She was a very sweet puppy. River has tried very hard not to leave my side since then. I think he had a pretty rough time of it when I left for Detroit for 2 weeks. He is back to sitting next to me and staying under my feet!

Your dogs are sooo cute. So sorry about Zoe. I have a dog with heart problems. Luckily, Herbie is 8 years old and still doing good.
That was amazing that you got them all to stay in one place for a photo!!
